These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the İbadetimmobile application (the “App”) and the website at ibadetim.app(the “Site”). By creating an account, downloading the App, or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the App or the Site you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation. We may update these Terms from time to time; we will notify you of material changes via an in-App banner and by updating the “Last updated” date above.

2. Description of the service

İbadetim is a personal-worship companion that provides daily prayer times, the full Quran with translations, a calibrated Qibla compass, dhikr counters, hadith libraries, and the Hatim Brotherhood social reading circle for completing the Quran together. Some features are free; some require a paid Premium subscription. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time, including features that are or have been part of Premium, while preserving the core promise of the subscription.

3. User accounts and age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

4. Premium subscription

Premium is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store (in-app purchase) or the Google Play Store (Play Billing). The current plans, prices, and free-trial terms are displayed inside the App at the moment of purchase and may vary by country and currency. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will renew automatically and the linked Apple ID or Google account will be charged.

4.1 How to cancel

You can cancel at any time directly with Apple or Google:

• iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → İbadetim Premium → Cancel Subscription.
• Android:Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → İbadetim Premium → Cancel subscription.

Your Premium benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4.2 Refunds

Because all payments are processed by Apple and Google, all refund requests are handled by them under their respective policies. Please use Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play's refund request form. We are unable to issue refunds directly.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, when using the Hatim Brotherhood and Community modules you agree not to:

• send spam, unsolicited promotional content, or repeated identical messages;
• harass, threaten, dox, or impersonate any person or organisation;
• post hate speech, sectarian incitement, sexually explicit content, or content that promotes violence;
• attempt to circumvent moderation systems, including the AutoMod filter and group bans.

We operate an automated AutoMod system and a human moderation team. We reserve the right to remove content, restrict features, or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules. For serious or repeated violations a ban may extend across all of our services and may be communicated to the relevant App Store.

6. User-generated content licence

You retain ownership of the content you create — Hatim chat messages, Community posts, comments, and uploaded media. By posting content within the service you grant İbadetim a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely as required to operate the service (for example, showing your message to the other members of your Hatim group, syncing it across your devices, and keeping moderation backups). This licence ends when you delete the content, except that we may retain backup copies for a reasonable period and reports of policy violations indefinitely.

7. Intellectual property and attributions

The App's code, design, brand assets, and original content are owned by İbadetim and protected by copyright and other laws. The following third-party content is incorporated under the cited licences:

• Quran text and translations: served via alquran.cloud, public-domain text with translation feeds owned by their respective rights holders.
• Hadith collections: served via hadeethenc.com under their terms of use.
• “The Adhan – Muslim Call to Prayer” by Atcovi (Aaqib Azeez), retrieved from Wikimedia Commons, licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0.

Trademarks belong to their respective owners. İbadetim and the İbadetim logo are trademarks of the operator of the App.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or that prayer times computed from your reported location are suitable for every religious obligation in every jurisdiction. Always corroborate critical times with your local mosque whenever possible.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither İbadetim nor its contributors shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or, if you have not paid us anything, to fifty United States dollars (USD 50).

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from Settings → Sign Out → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or if continued provision of the service would expose us or our users to legal or security risk.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
