How do I delete my account?
Open the app and go to Settings → Sign Out → Delete account. The deletion completes within 30 days. You can also email support@ibadetim.app from the address registered on your account and we will process the request manually.
How do I change my prayer-time calculation method?
Go to Settings → Prayer Times → Calculation Method. By default we use the Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı method when your location is within Turkey, and the regional default elsewhere. You can switch to MWL, ISNA, Egypt, Makkah, Karachi, Tehran, Jafari, and others at any time.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Premium is purchased through the App Store or Google Play. To cancel, open your device's subscription manager (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS, or Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions on Android) and cancel İbadetim Premium. Your benefits remain until the end of the current billing period.
Why aren't my notifications working?
First, ensure notifications are enabled at the system level (Settings → Notifications → İbadetim). Then, in the app, check Settings → Notifications and toggle the prayers, dhikr reminders, or Hatim updates you want to receive. On Android, also disable battery optimization for İbadetim so it can wake at the exact prayer minute.
How do I report an inappropriate Hatim group or community post?
Tap the three-dot menu on the group or post and choose Report. Our AutoMod system reviews reports within minutes and our moderators within 24 hours. We take reports seriously and ban repeat offenders permanently.
